Cheese Yard - Cheese Shop

To say we loved the Cheese Yard is a bit of an understatement. We went at least four different times, thrice (see how British I’ve become?) to buy cheese, and once for a wine and cheese event. At the event, we rubbed shoulders with some of the movers and shakers from Knutsford. Oddly enough, our tweeting about the event led us to a connection with Knutsford Councilman Andrew Malloy. Hello, @CllrAMalloy! 

If you’re fromage fan like we are, go. And tell Sarah ShEvo said hello. Oh, and if you want to make the best homemade macaroni and cheese (I know, I know…) you’ve got to try the Snowdonia Cheddar. Fabulous! 

While you’re at the Cheese Yard, pick up some great local beer. No, really. Some of this stuff is quite good. But don’t expect to be blown away by hops. They’re kinda stingy on that over here.
