The last seven months living life as a sedentary writer in a town awash with cheap delicious food has not been kind to my svelte figure. The good thing I I don't really care, so I've little issue traipsing up and down the beach in my budgie smugglers.
But even if you aren't as bold, there's a lot more to beaches than swimming and sun-soaking. In fact, it's the rare beach where you can do that.
