Rowan kicked Evo’s ass while we were in Knutsford. Well, his back. And he didn’t kick it as much as he gave it a good beating. Rowan Eliot is a personal trainer and sports massage therapist who works out of Elite Health. Evo suffered under his ministrations three times while we were there, and his back is significantly improved for the effort. 

Beyond being a talent therapist, Rowan is an avid cyclist and excellent guide to some of the less-traveled places in and around Knutsford. Go see him if you have a recalcitrant muscle that needs whipped into shape. While you’re lying there, ask him what’s fun to do. It’ll take your mind off the pain!
