Right up there with the beer and chocolate of Belgium is the waffles. And Aux Gaugre de Bruxelles does not disappoint. There were so many different options that it was really difficult to choose. I ended up getting a chocolate and strawberry waffle and it did not disappoint. The location is right in the center of everything so it is quite convenient to pop in for a quick snack.
